He applies his extensive project experience, strong communication skills and comprehensive technical knowledge to help organizations envision the role of technology in their future. With a compelling technology vision as a basis, Phil then guides his clients through the complex process of building effective and resilient technology systems and infrastructure.
With a particular passion for healthcare, Phil was a participant on the winning Aditazz solution for Kaiser Permanente’s “Small Hospital, Big Idea” competition and has led technology teams for Sutter Health, Kaiser Permanente, UCLA Health System, Scripps Health, the Dept of Defense/VA and Cedars Sinai Medical Center. He has served on the Educational Advisory Council of the Building Industry Consulting Service International (BICSI), and is a regular speaker at conferences and events focusing on technology and its impact on the built environment, and innovative approaches to project delivery. He is experienced in Lean Construction Project Delivery methods and has been an active participant in the iconic Van Ness & Geary Campus Hospital Project for Sutter Health.
Phil holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and an undergraduate degree (BEng., Honors) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
